CAN I ORDER A PIECE THAT'S OUT OF STOCK?
Yes. Everything except our One of a Kind collection can be made to order in your size and finish. One-of-a-kind pieces are made once and never remade.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Reach out through our Contact page as soon as possible — we begin processing orders quickly, so the sooner we hear from you, the better our chances of making a change. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Every piece is made by hand in our Los Angeles studio. In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days. If a piece, size or finish is out of stock, it will be made to order for you — please allow 4–6 weeks for made-to-order pieces to ship. We'll email you if anything changes. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet. For now we ship within the United States only — we hope to offer international shipping soon.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Every order arrives in our signature box, tied with ribbon — ready to give as is. If you'd like to include a personal note, you can add one at checkout.
What Metals Do You Use?
Sterling silver, brass with 18k gold plating, raw and oxidized brass, and solid 18k gold on request.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and rings can be exchanged once for a different size. Full details, including what's eligible, are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — gift cards are available and never expire, so there's no rush to use them.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We're online-only for now — every piece is handmade in Los Angeles and ships from our studio there.
WHAT IF MY PIECE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Reach out through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll send a prepaid return label and take care of it.
WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH OR CAUSE ANY DISCOLORATION
