TWO WAYS TO MEASURE
String or Floss Method
Wrap a strip of string or floss around the base of your finger where the ring will sit. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length against a ruler in millimeters. Match that number to the circumference column in the chart below.
An Existing Ring
Take a ring that already fits the intended finger and measure its inner diameter with a ruler, edge to edge. Match that number to the diameter column in the chart below.

Tip: For the most accurate fit, measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
Between sizes? We recommend sizing up — a ring that's slightly loose is a quick fix, but one that's too snug isn't.
